Moose Knuckles Canada offers a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed merchandise with all original tags and security seals intact. Please note that all returns must be initiated through our online portal to ensure a smooth and tracked refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and ensure all original designer tags and security holograms are attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location and retain your drop-off receipt; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
